Christmas Card Lane has been lighting up our neighborhood for decades, with custom 4×4 yard cards proudly displaying family names, festive designs, and the spirit of the season. This year, we’re reviving that magic — and if you don’t already have a card, I’ll build one for you. Choose from hand-painted designs, personalize it with your family name, and become part of the tradition that makes our neighborhood shine.

Unofficial Card Dates
While there’s no official rule, most families in Christmas Card Lane display their cards around December 1 through January 10. This gives the neighborhood plenty of time to shine during the holidays — and gives visitors time to drive through and enjoy the tradition. I recommend having your card set up by the first weekend of December to get the full experience!
How It Works
Want to be part of Christmas Card Lane but don’t have a card of your own? I make it easy. Whether you remember the tradition or are new to the neighborhood, I’ll build you a custom 2 sided 4×4 holiday card for your yard — hand-painted, weather-sealed, and ready to display with pride.

I build It
I cut, paint, and seal each card by hand using quality materials built to last through the season and beyond. I use all outdoor rated hardware and will clear coat the sign to protect it.

You Display It
Set it up in your yard yourself or let me handle the install — either way, you’re part of bringing this special tradition back to life.
The Designs
Each card is hand-painted on a 4×4 panel of weather-sealed plywood and personalized with your family name. We can add custom text if you want an established date or something else.

Nativity Scene

Along with building and painting your Christmas card, I offer several add-ons to make the process even easier. Need help setting it up? I can handle the full installation for you. Want it to stand out at night? Add a spotlight kit to keep your card glowing after dark — or I can store it for you myself until next year. My goal is to make joining the tradition simple, whether you want to do it yourself or let me take care of everything.

Depending on the type of Christmas card you choose, prices may vary. Every card starts with a hand-built, 4×4 weather-sealed wooden sign painted white. You can choose one of my premade designs above, each personalized with your family name or you can order a blank card that will be painted white and ready for your family to spend time this christmas personalizing it together. Space and time are limited, so be sure to reserve yours early!

Spotlight Kit – $35
Make sure your Christmas card shines after dark with a plug-and-play spotlight kit. It includes a weatherproof stake light and timer so your display lights up automatically each night. It’s the perfect finishing touch to keep your card visible and glowing all season long.
Christmas Card Miniture – $85
Love your big yard card and want to bring it inside? This miniature version is a scaled-down replica of your full-size Christmas Card, perfect for mantels, shelves, or gifting. Hand-painted and personalized just like the original, it’s a great keepsake to enjoy year-round or share with family and friends.
Card Storage – $75
Don’t have room to store a giant 4×4 card after the holidays? I’ll take care of it for you. Your card will be safely stored indoors until next season, then delivered back to you in time for next year’s display. No attic wrestling, no garage clutter — just holiday magic made easy.
Decoration Setup – Varies
Let me take the stress out of decorating this year. I offer setup services for all your outdoor holiday decor — from yard inflatables and wreaths to luminaries, garland, and more. Whether you need help with a few finishing touches or a full front-yard display, I’ll make sure everything is installed safely and looks great.
